Anything you purchase needs to be stored in a cool and dark and place. Anything that is exposed to great heat can be damaged and unusable. You need to consider this when selecting authority to leave and parcel lockers.

We aren't always available on the live chat. If you don't get a response there. Best to email us so we can make sure we are able to respond.
SAME DAY SHIPPING IF PURCHASED BEFORE 12PM AEST! (Monday to Friday Only, not including Public Holidays. In the other time frames we will post next business day)
Postage - We recommend Express post if you need your items quickly. Though if there are delays for any reason - we can't be held accountable due to the current pandemic situations.
We do offer SAME DAY DELIVERY ON SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MELBOURNE- Email us for a quote.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE - We will not be held responsible for damaged products that have been left with Authority to leave as Australia Post will not cover for this either. Please consider this if you know something could be left in heat or an unsafe environment for the products. We have Signature on Delivery Options for you to choose from at Checkout.
Local Pick Ups - These usually take 24 hours to complete, unless there is high demand, but we will stay in touch :)
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE DELAYS WITH COVID-19 - SOME PARCELS ARE DELAYED WITH COVID-19. Please consider this before purchasing as we do not refund for this
Local Drop Offs - Take up to 5 business days as we are ensuring we keep up with demand within that time frame.
*If you select Local Drop off service and you are not within the postcodes it states. We will not send out your parcel until you pay shipping. If you do not want to pay shipping and want to cancel your order, we will keep a 20% admin and restocking fee when we refund.
*Unless you choose signature on delivery. You are agreeing to authority to leave.
*If there is a sale, or public holidays, please give up to 7 business days for your orders to be processed! This is so we can process the back log.
Who do we use for shipping?
We Use Australia Post for all of our orders.
IF YOU THINK YOUR PARCEL IS MISSING - you must speak with Australia Post, they will undergo an investigation to find the parcel. We will not be able to re-send any products until they have deemed the parcel missing indefinitely, then insurance will then cover the parcel being re-sent.
Call 13 76 78 and quote your tracking number.
Some tips to check if you think your parcel is missing:
- Check with family/house members to see if they have the parcel
- Check around your house perimeters as they may have left it in a 'safe place'
- Check with the neighbours
How much does shipping cost for Australia?
We have a flat rate of $8.99 for orders under $80, and free shipping over $80.
Please go through checkout, and enter your address it will show your shipping cost. This will not make you pay any money, as it will show you the Shipping rate before payment options.
We offer different types of shipping depending on the weight of your item and how quickly you would like it.
Economy Air - Is our cheapest option.
This provides NO TRACKING and your item can take up to 28 business days (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) to arrive, usually at the longer scale at peak time.
We are not responsible for any items that don't arrive with Economy Air.
Standard - Tracked and will arrive in 10 business days.
Express - Tracked and will arrive in 3-4 Business Days
Courier - Tracked and will arrive in 2 to 3 Business Days
What countries do you cover?
We cover Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, if you are not in these countries and are looking at products, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can see what options we have for you.
We are not responsible for Customs or Duties tax arriving into your international country.
We do not refund or cancel for change of mind, or if you did not read our shipping time frames/FAQ's.
Please remember once a parcel is posted, we can suggest time-frames but they are not always in our control. Please consider this!
If you select authority to leave - we can't provide a refund if an item is broken due to Australia Post's Requirements.
*With Australia Post for a damage claim, you will need to take the parcel into your local store for them to assess it for a refund. Please consider these terms before purchasing
You must advise us of breakages within 48 hours of your order being delivered. We will not be able to assist us if your initial contact is not within this time.

Terms and Conditions of Products
While we use the best ingredients possible including water soluble colours, which means no staining. We are not liable for bath tub/bathroom stains.
While we have tested every product we use, we can't be in control of what state your bath tub is in. Old Bath tubs, dirty, build up on tubs, tubs with enamel worn away is just some of the very many ways colour can transfer onto your bath tub/tiles.
We recommend patch testing to ensure your bath tub can wash away colour.
We recommend patch testing products on your skin as everyone is different and we list every ingredient in our products, but you might not be aware of products that affect your skin. We work our hardest at creating something for all sensitivities, but this is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they don't react before using the product in full
